This policy explains what personal data 3D Communication, SIA ("we", "us") collects, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website, our Facebook-integrated applications, and AdEngine, our search marketing research product.

2. Data we collect
This website
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page is displayed.
- Correspondence: your email address and whatever you choose to write when you contact us.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Facebook-integrated applications
For information received through Facebook APIs we act as a data processor and collect only the minimum needed for the application to work (user ID and basic profile information).
AdEngine (Google user data)
AdEngine works only with Google accounts and properties that you choose to connect. With your permission it accesses:
- Google account basics: your name and email address, to identify your AdEngine account.
- Google Search Console: read-only search performance data for the properties you select (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, position, country).
- Google Analytics 4: read-only aggregated report data for the properties you select, such as sessions and conversions by country. AdEngine does not request data about individual visitors.
- Google Ads: keyword ideas and search volume from Keyword Planner for your account, and Google's reference lists of countries and languages.
- Access tokens: the credentials Google issues so AdEngine can retrieve the data above on your behalf.
3. How we use Google user data
Google user data is used only to provide AdEngine's features to you: building the research reports you request for the countries and languages you select, and showing them to you.
AdEngine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting or personalised or interest-based advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others, except as necessary to provide or improve the features you use, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to you.
- Our staff do not read Google user data unless you have given explicit permission for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required by law.
4. Legal bases
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we process personal data on the basis of your consent (connecting a Google or Facebook account), the performance of a contract with you (providing the service you requested), and our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure.
5. Storage, security and retention
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on servers we control, with access limited to those who need it to operate the service.
- Report data retrieved from Google is kept only as long as needed to show you your reports. Access tokens are kept while your account remains connected.
- When you disconnect a Google account or ask us to delete your data, we delete the tokens and the data retrieved through them within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. Data may be handled by service providers that host or operate our systems on our behalf and under our instructions, and may be disclosed where the law requires it.
7. Your rights and choices
- Revoke access: you can remove AdEngine's access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
- Access, correction, deletion: you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Restriction, objection, portability: you can ask us to restrict processing, object to it, or receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent: you can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send requests to info@3dcommunication.lv. We reply within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will ask for your consent before applying it to data already collected.
