Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the website, applications and services provided by 3D Communication, Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (SIA) ("we", "us"), including the AdEngine product. By using them you agree to these terms.

2. Our services
We build and operate software that integrates with third-party platforms, including Facebook-integrated applications and AdEngine, a search marketing research tool that works with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
AdEngine is in development. Until it is generally released, access is by invitation, features may change or be withdrawn, and it is offered without any commitment to availability.
3. Connected accounts and third-party platforms
- You may connect only accounts and properties that you own or are authorised to use.
- Your use of Google and Meta services through our tools remains subject to those providers' own terms and policies, which you agree to follow.
- You can disconnect an account at any time. Some features stop working once access is removed.
- How we handle data from connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, exploiting APIs beyond their intended use, scraping user data, interfering with the operation of the services, or using them in breach of the law.
5. Research data and advertising decisions
Figures shown by AdEngine, such as search volumes and keyword ideas, come from third-party sources and are estimates. They are provided for information and are not a guarantee of results. You remain responsible for your advertising decisions, for your campaign settings including the countries targeted, and for any spend in your advertising accounts.
6. Intellectual property
All software, proprietary code and design elements are the exclusive property of 3D Communication, SIA unless otherwise specified in a written contract. Data from your connected accounts remains yours.
7. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for disruptions caused by changes to the Google or Meta platforms, by limits those platforms impose, or by other third-party outages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or advertising costs, arising from the use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the statutory rights of consumers.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if continued access would create a security or legal risk.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
